My Final Verdict:-

Yes, the FAQ section is not that comprehensive. But I think it`s not a pretty big issue at least for me as long as the service is fast, reliable, and satisfactory.

Also, inaccuracy while selecting the desired location can also be overcome if you are just a little patient to try one or two trials.

Overall, their performance is quite top-notch and the best among their competitors. So, I would definitely keep using their VPN service in the future as well.
